Why we price by fields, not coaches

Other tools charge per coach, per parent, or per roster spot — which means the more your club grows, the more you pay. That felt backwards.

Coaches and parents are the people using the schedule. They're not the work. The work is the fields: the permits, the lining, the rainouts, the double-bookings. So that is what we charge for.

Pricing FAQ

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes — 14 days, no questions asked. If you are unsatisfied in any way within the first 14 days, we will refund you in full. We had rather you spend a real season-prep weekend in TurfTime than click around a demo.

What if my club grows mid-season?

Just upgrade. We will prorate the difference and never bill you a surprise.

Can we pause in the off-season?

Yes. Pause for up to 3 months a year and your settings, fields, and history stay exactly where you left them. Most clubs leave it running because pre-season is when scheduling gets hardest — but the option is there if you want it.

How does the 25% annual discount work?

Pay yearly instead of monthly and your bill drops 25% on every plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards via Stripe. If your treasurer prefers an annual invoice and a check, we can do that too — some clubs prefer it.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You get a full CSV export of every schedule, field, and permit. Your data is yours.

Do you store player or kid information?

No. TurfTime tracks fields, schedules, and the adults running them — never player rosters or any information about kids.

Why we show our prices

Most field-scheduling tools make you book a demo before they will tell you what they cost. We do not. If our pricing fits your club, you will know in 30 seconds. If it does not, we just saved you an hour.

Community clubs run on tight budgets. The least we can do is be straight with you about ours.
